01 About this policy
Polara is a photo-collage app developed by Anton CGI (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles your information and how this website differs from the app. Contact us at ali312@yandex.ru.
02 Your photos and projects
The app imports copies of photos you select into its local storage so you can arrange, frame, and export them. Projects, imported media, downloaded stickers, previews, preferences, and purchase-related state are stored on your device. Polara does not require a Polara account and does not upload your photo library or collage projects to a developer-operated server.
Your device’s backup settings may include app data in backups managed by your operating-system provider. We do not operate a Polara cloud-sync service.
03 Photo access and sharing
Polara uses the system photo picker to access images you choose and requests permission when needed to save exported images to your photo library. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
Exporting creates images on your device. When you choose a destination in the system share sheet, the selected app or service receives the content you share and handles it under its own policies. Polara does not automatically publish your collages.
04 Online stickers from KLIPY
Browsing or searching the online sticker collection connects to KLIPY. Requests include a randomly generated customer ID stored persistently on your device, your locale, pagination and content-filter settings, and any search terms you enter. The ID is not your name or email address, but can link sticker requests from the same installation.
KLIPY and its media delivery providers also receive network information such as your IP address when your device requests stickers or downloads media. This is separate from your photos and projects; those are not sent as part of sticker searches.
KLIPY controls its own processing, retention, and service infrastructure, which may be outside your country. See KLIPY’s Privacy Policy. You can avoid online sticker requests by not opening or using the online sticker collection.
05 App Store purchases
Polara offers optional monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions through Apple. Apple processes payments and provides purchase and entitlement information so the app can unlock features and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles its data under Apple’s privacy policy.
06 Storage, deletion, and your choices
Local app data remains on your device until it is deleted through the app or removed with the app’s data. Deleting a project removes its associated files from Polara’s storage. Exported images in your photo library, content you have shared, and device backups are separate and must be managed in those locations.
Removing the app and its local data removes its locally stored customer ID; restoring a device backup may restore that ID and other app data. Local deletion does not automatically erase information already received by third-party services. Contact those providers about their records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request about information we hold. We cannot retrieve projects that exist only on your device.
07 This website and support
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process request information, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the website; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The collage demo uses bundled sample images, stores changes only in memory, and resets when the page reloads. It does not upload photos, contact KLIPY, use analytics, or set tracking cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments through our email provider. We use them to respond and handle your request, and retain correspondence as needed for support and legitimate recordkeeping. Please avoid sending photos or other personal information that is unnecessary for your question.
08 Children’s privacy
Polara is not directed specifically at children, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through support. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, please contact us so we can address it. Online sticker services have their own policies; their content filters are not a guarantee that every result is appropriate for every age.
09 Changes and contact
