01 Using Polara
These terms cover your use of Polara, developed by Anton CGI (“we”, “us”), and the example collage demo on this website. By using Polara, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app license. Apple’s applicable store terms govern your App Store transactions. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
02 Permitted use
You may use Polara to create and export collages from content you are entitled to use. Do not use it to infringe copyright, violate another person’s privacy, create unlawful content, or misuse third-party services. Do not interfere with the app or access services without authorization.
03 Your content and creative work
You retain ownership of your photos and original creative content. We do not claim ownership of your collages. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to use, edit, and publish photos, text, or other material, including consent where required from people depicted.
Polara’s app design, code, branding, and bundled materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to the app does not grant ownership of those materials or unrestricted rights to redistribute them separately.
04 Stickers and other services
Online stickers are supplied through KLIPY and may contain material owned by third parties. Availability in a search result does not establish permission for every use, including commercial use. You are responsible for checking that your intended use is allowed by applicable rights and KLIPY’s terms.
Third-party content can change or become unavailable. External services and apps you choose for sharing operate under their own terms. Polara is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.
05 Polara Pro subscriptions
Polara offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewing Pro subscriptions. The App Store purchase screen shows the current price, billing period, included features, and any available trial or promotional terms before you confirm. Eligibility and offers may vary.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase, subject to any trial shown at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting Polara does not cancel your subscription. After cancellation, paid access generally continues through the current paid period; trial cancellation follows the terms displayed by Apple.
Use Restore Purchases in Polara with the Apple Account used to subscribe to restore an eligible purchase. Refund requests are handled through Apple, subject to its policies and any rights available under applicable law. See Apple’s cancellation instructions and refund guidance.
06 Your projects and exports
Projects are stored locally. Keep copies of important original photos and exported work. Removing app data, deleting projects, device failure, or storage problems can result in loss of work. Saving or sharing an export does not create a cloud backup of the editable project.

07 Availability and changes
We may improve or change the app, update supported features, or discontinue functionality. Online features depend on network access and third-party availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every future device or platform version.
The website demo is an illustration using sample assets, not the full app. Changes in the demo are temporary and cannot be exported or saved as projects.
08 Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Polara is provided “as is” and “as available”, without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your applicable statutory rights remain in effect.
09 Updates and contact
We may revise these terms as the app evolves. Updates will appear here with a revised date. If a change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will follow those requirements.
